Delivery Hero is the world’s largest and most successful local delivery company. Operating across 70+ countries with lots of brands delivering all manner of things to people’s doors, it’s a vast global operation covering four continents.
With so many different brands and operating countries, the UX team faced a huge challenge creating a unified language and interface that worked globally while meeting Delivery Hero’s brand and mission directives.
Partnered with distributed design and product teams to shape customer (B2C) and vendor (B2B) user journeys, define content systems at scale, and write all copy and microcopy.
Created the global tone of voice and implementation toolkit, defining how products and teams communicate across UX, service and marketing.
A sharp focus on clarity, consistency and human-centred language in complex, high-volume transactional flows.
FY 2024: €48.8 BN GMV, €12.8 BN revenue, tens of millions of users.
