Experian is an FCA regulated, data driven company that advises customers on their likely credit rating via their ubiquitous Credit Score system. It also provides a range of free and paid-for services offering everything from advice on how to manage and improve your credit standing to protecting yourself from ID theft and fraud.
Product copywriter
I'm regularly contracted by Experian to create and rewrite copy across its core product range including CreditExpert, CreditMatcher, ID, Protect and Experian Home.
Collaborating with the product and design teams, I write much of the web copy including everything from product and service descriptions to FAQs and terms and conditions. Much of this work is subject to stringent regulations to make sure it adheres to legal and FCA requirements, so I'm now very adept at working with legal and compliance teams!
