Following Fiserv’s acquisition of First Data, I wrote internal communications to help integrate First Data and Fiserv teams and processes across the EMEA region (60,000+ employees).

Wrote service comms, newsletters, weekly Townhall scripts for the CEO.

As Fiserv was designated as an essential service provider, I wrote all covid-related internal comms across EMEA for the duration of the pandemic.

Led the copywriting team for a rewrite of Fiserv’s UK Clover payments business.
