SEESAW – Copywriter & tone of voice lead

SEESAW is a space for culture, community, work, art, wellbeing, coffee and food in one of Manchester’s historic warehouses reimagined as a creative hub, workspace, cafe, events and exhibition space.

  • Defined brand language, copy standards and messaging principles for consistent application across product, marketing and all other customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborated with stakeholders at Absurd Agency, and product and design teams at SEESAW to define strategic communication approach.

  • The final output was a comprehensive set of tone of voice guidelines and an accompanying toolkit.

  • Wrote and owned all web and app copy for the V1 beta platform pre-launch.
