Led the UK app and website UX content update.
Created content systems, copy and microcopy across key customer (B2C) and vendor (B2B) user journeys, from onboarding and search to listings, messaging, transaction and trust flows.
Worked closely with distributed product, design and research teams to improve clarity, usability and conversion across mobile and web.
Worked on CRM, marketing, advertising and seller guidelines, defining a commercial voice and glossary of terms (and emojis).
