I was tasked with documenting the experiences of a group of Austrian telco professionals as they were taken on a three day tour around London discovering trends, meeting business leaders and using the latest technologies in customer engagement.
I attended, photographed, documented and recorded every visit, workshop, lecture, meal, social experience and think tank over the course of 72 hours and then wrote a 92-page guide to the trend safari, examining who they met, what they learned, and what the outcomes were from the experience.
